I’m Chris Bryant. I created the Decision Integrity Method (DIM) because the world’s most important decisions deserve better than guesswork, politics, or shallow analysis.

I’m a combat-seasoned veteran who made multi-million-dollar calls in real time—directing aircraft into live operations where a wrong move cost lives, missions, or millions. That pressure taught me one thing fast: frame it right, think clearly, own the outcome.
