That’s where I come in.
I’m Chris Bryant, founder of Clandestine Innovations. I bring nearly four decades in aviation to the work of helping companies find their footing when things go sideways.
Think of me as the cleaner.
I’VE HAD THE RESPONSIBILITY. AND THE PHONE CALLS.
My corporate career spans scheduled airlines, supplemental lift, and air medical operations, with executive and director roles in safety and operations.
I’ve led company-wide safety and compliance programs, overseen a flight operations control center, and served as the company’s primary FAA liaison on regulatory compliance.
I’ve conducted major accident review boards, delivered findings to regulators, and helped organizations work through audits and compliance assessments.
I know what it means to have people waiting on your next decision—and a business that has to live with it.
THE EXPERIENCE RUNS DEEP.
Before my corporate career, I spent 21 years in Army aviation. I served as an instructor pilot, accident investigator, and Deputy Chief of the Army Safety Officer Course.
I investigated major aviation accidents in the United States, Canada, Iraq, and Afghanistan. I’ve seen how decisions, operating conditions, and organizational habits come together—and what happens when they go wrong.
An Executive MBA from TCU and a B.S. in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle round out the picture. I understand the flying, the findings, and the business riding on both.

Through Clandestine Innovations, I focus on post-accident recovery, operational remediation, and the persistent safety and compliance problems that keep companies from moving forward.
